DIGITAL LAB / SITES · APPS · TOOLS

Software your business actually runs on.

Websites that bring in work, and the internal tools your team opens every morning. Priced by what it does, not by how many pages it has.

WHAT GETS BUILT

Three kinds of build

The line between them is what the thing has to do, which is also how it gets priced.

WEB

Business Websites

Fast, mobile-first, and built to turn a search result into a phone call. No page builder, no theme with your logo dropped into it — the markup is written for your business.

  • Built for search from day one
  • Editable without a developer
  • Loads fast on a phone on LTE
APPLICATIONS

Full-Stack Apps

Accounts, dashboards, booking, payments, real-time data. The software a team logs into every morning, which is a very different problem from a brochure site.

  • Auth and role-based access
  • Database design and API work
  • Admin tooling that is actually usable
MOBILE

Mobile Apps

Native iOS built with React Native and Expo, from the first screen through TestFlight and App Store review. I have taken my own app through that process.

  • iOS via React Native + Expo
  • Push, analytics, crash reporting
  • App Store submission handled
ESTIMATE BUILDER

Configure it and watch the number move

Pick a base, slot in the modules you need. This is the same maths behind the quote I would send you, so the figure here is the figure we would start from.

NO MODULES FITTED — BASE BUILD ONLY

TYPICAL NYC AGENCY $5,000 – $6,800

Same scope. Their number carries an office, an account manager, and a project manager. Mine does not.

A starting point, not a binding quote. I confirm a real number in writing once I understand the project.

CASE STUDIES

Things I have shipped

All work
FLAGSHIP · iOS + WEBIn TestFlight beta

TrailR

PROBLEMChoosing what to watch takes longer than watching it. Every service has its own catalogue, its own recommendations, and no sense of what you actually like.

BUILTA trailer-first discovery feed you swipe through, backed by a taste engine that learns from what you watch, skip, and linger on. Plus a full companion web app at trailr.tv with movie, person, and list pages, search, and accounts.

LuckyDayze

PROBLEMA local delivery business running on phone calls, text messages, and a paper ledger. No way to see what had been ordered, what was owed, or which customers were regulars.

BUILTA complete platform: customer ordering, loyalty rewards, scheduling, live order dashboards, finance tools, and role-based admin access. The first software I built that people depended on daily.

PITCH WORK · MULTIPLE SECTORSOngoing

Spec builds

PROBLEMSmall businesses with a web presence that is quietly costing them customers — a site search engines are told to ignore, a certificate that browsers refuse, a contact form that goes nowhere.

BUILTWorking redesigns built before the first conversation, each paired with a back-office mock showing how the public site would fill their own internal tools. A rental agency, a bakery, a home-services company, a resort — built to be handed over, not to win a design award.
