Full termsDEPOSITS
Web projects take a deposit to start, scaled to the tier. It secures your slot in the schedule and covers initial work. The balance is due at launch, or split across milestones on larger builds.
HARDWARE
No deposit on standard repairs. You pay when the work is done and tested. Repairs needing ordered parts take a parts deposit up front.
WARRANTY
All repair work carries a 90-day warranty on the component I serviced. If it fails in that window, I fix it free.
REVISIONS
Every web package includes revision rounds. Beyond that, or for scope added mid-project, work is billed hourly.
PAYMENT
Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Every client gets an itemized invoice link and a receipt they can print for their books.
REBUILDS
Businesses change. If yours pivots, rebrands, or outgrows what we built, clients on a care plan get a full rebuild at half the original build price, once every two years. You are never starting from zero and never paying full price twice.
OWNERSHIP
You own your site, your domain, and your content. If you ever want to leave, I hand over the code and the database and help you move it. No hostage situations and no proprietary lock-in.
YOUR DATA
Anything you send through the request form is stored securely and used only to reply to you and scope your project. It is never sold or shared. Ask me to delete it and it is gone.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
I do not build systems that store social security numbers, full card numbers, or medical records. Those go to a licensed provider built for them, and your site connects to it instead.
HONESTY
If a repair is not worth doing, I will tell you. If your project needs less than you asked for, I will scope it down. I would rather be straight with you than upsell you.
