Privacy Policy
What I collect, why I have it, and how to make me delete it.
The short version
I collect the information you choose to send me so I can reply and scope your project. I do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you did not ask for. If you want it deleted, email me and it is gone.
What I collect
When you submit the request form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the answers you selected, and anything you typed in the notes field. If you book a call, the time you picked.
I do not collect social security numbers, payment card numbers, or medical information, and I do not build systems that store them for clients either.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, understand what you need, give you an accurate price, and schedule a conversation. That is the whole list.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a Supabase database with access restricted to me. Email is delivered through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on my behalf under their own security practices, and none of them receive your information for their own marketing.
How long I keep it
Active enquiries stay while we are talking and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Records tied to paid work are kept longer because I need them for my own accounting. You can ask me to delete anything that is not required for tax records.
Your choices
Email me and I will tell you exactly what I hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. You do not need a reason and I will not ask for one. Depending on where you live you may have formal rights along these lines, and I will honour them regardless of whether they legally apply to you.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data. If analytics are in use, they are for understanding which pages get read, not for building a profile of you.
Client projects
If I build a site for your business, any customer data it handles belongs to you, not to me. I access it only to do work you have asked for. If we stop working together, I hand it over and remove my copies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
