Everything here is work I do myself, in front of a microscope, with the device open. There is no third party I ship your console to.
Board-level repair under a microscope. HDMI ports, charging ports, power ICs, blown fuses — the failures most shops will not touch because they involve lifting a component off a multilayer board without cooking the pads underneath.
Desktops and laptops. Thermal throttling, storage failures, boot problems, and the ones that only happen sometimes. Diagnosis comes first, so you find out what is actually wrong before you decide whether it is worth fixing.

Labor scales with the build because a flagship rig carries more risk and more tuning than a budget box, not because the price list says so.
Budget Build
Parts under $1,200. Assembly, cable management, BIOS setup.
Performance Build
Parts $1,200 – $2,500. Includes fan curves and memory tuning.
Flagship Build
Parts $2,500+. High-end AIO or custom loop, overclock tuning, full stress testing.
Upgrade or Repair
GPU swap, storage, RAM, cooler replacement, or troubleshooting an existing build.

Console and phone diagnosis is free — full inspection, then a real quote before anything gets opened up further. PC and Mac diagnosis is $60, and that gets waived if you go ahead with the repair.
I will tell you. If the repair costs more than the device is worth, or the board damage is beyond sensible recovery, you get that answer straight and you owe me nothing for the diagnosis.
Ninety days on the component I serviced. If the port I replaced fails inside that window, I fix it free. It covers my work, not unrelated parts that fail later.
No deposit on standard repairs — you pay when the work is done and tested. The exception is a repair that needs a part ordered in, which takes a parts deposit so I am not carrying the cost of a component for a job that might not go ahead.
Never. You buy the components yourself at retail, or I hand you a compatibility-checked list and you order it. The price you see from me is labor.
